How do I register?
Visit the LifePlus Website. To place an order, you first have to create an account. Customer can purchase any selected items in guest mode without registration.
Click on ‘Register’ on the top-left corner of the home page. You must register with an account and login before you can place orders on the website. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provided on registration or at any time are complete and correct.
Now you can register using your Phone Number or Email Id as a mandatory field. Fill up the mandatory details and click ‘Sign Up’. Click on ‘Sign Up’ once you’re sure about all the information you’ve filled in. You need to create a password and responsible for keeping this password confidential.
You’re responsible for all activities and orders that occur under your password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if the password is being used in an unauthorized manner.
You need to verify your email via the email link sent to you, and that’s it. You’re ready to start shopping and make your first purchase.
How do I place an order?
You need to login to your user account. If you don’t have any account, you’re require to create an online account in order to make an order on the website.
You may browse for products through the various categories on the website or simply do a search using keywords if you want to find items. Click on the product photo to find out more detail. Select the number of quantity and click ‘’Add to Cart” button if you would like to purchase. The quantity of the product can be increased or decreased by clicking on the + or – button.
You may continue shopping or click on “Check Out” once you’re done with your selection. Check on your items, quantity and prices in your shopping cart, to ensure they’re correct before proceed with checkout.
Select your preferred delivery method and fill up the delivery and billing address. Select your preferred payment mode and proceed with payment. You need to fill detail information in mandatory fields.
Once done, you have successfully placed an order and will receive an order confirmed email. Order confirmation will be sent to customer registered email as well, when your order has been processed.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:
Step1: Go to your “Cart” icon on the top-left corner of the home page.
Step2: Click “View Cart” button.
Step3: Select to left on the item you want to delete and then click “X” (Cross Sign).
Step4: Select the desired option.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you’ve receive an order confirmation SMS, your order has been processed and no further changes can be made. We’ll process your order quickly once we’ve receive your order, as we strive to deliver and get the items to you as soon as possible.
Therefore, changes to your items (Example. Change of items, colour, quantity, size, etc) will not be allowed once the order has successfully put through. You may place in a new order if you’d like to order additional items and delivery charges may imposed.
How can I exchange when I got wrong item?
Our company can’t exchange item when customer side mistake or cancel order after payment process is done. Our company will always try to make sure that items deliver to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return request:
Damaged Items
Deliver Wrong Items (Eg. Size, Colour)
Expired Items
Missing Items
If you received any of the above items, please contact our customer service within a day upon receiving of our order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
– Item must be in their original purchase condition.
– All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
All return requests are to be submitted to our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by our company subjected to approval. All successful cases will be exchange new item.
How can I know if my orders are being processed?
As soon as you place an order, the following actions take place:
You will get a notification SMS through your registered phone number with confirmed order details that include an expected delivery date and time.
You can check your order status in your account, and view detail about delivery process in “Track Your Order” on the top-left corner of the home page.
You can receive a call from delivery services when order arrives to your destination.
After the order has been successfully delivered to you, you can check your all ordered item lists and status details in user account.
What are the modes of payment?
You can place an order and choose to pay using any payment methods. Currently, we use the following method of payment:

MPU Card
KPZ Pay
Which should I check when making online payment in website?
When making an online payment, kindly note and verify the following details:

Account details
Expiry date of the card
CVV code of the card
NOTE: Make sure you enter the received One Time Password (OTP) before it expires.
How much cost for delivery charges?
Home Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Delivery process will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order.
Please note that we deliver goods only to specified townships within Myanmar. The details of the townships we deliver to area available in the drop-down menu when placing an order or when the website triggers an option to select township – if a township is not listed, we do not currently deliver to that township.
